Got down around 4:30 and rigged 8.5m and after 20m discovered that was a big mistake. Came back and put 6m on smaller board. Sailed out and found I was well down wind then sailed back and eventually got down close the the pier. Further out the wind was stronger and the current weake so I made it back upwind. Chop was horrible as it mwas high tide but it was still great sailing in and out, sometimes almost parrallel to the shore. Mark and Darren soon showed up, then aorund 7pm some other fellow showed up and started off with a back loop. After a couple of hours sailing I packed up, great end to a working day.
